PLEASE HELP PREGNANT DUE OCT 12 AND ABOUT TO BE HOMELESS

Hi my name is Keisha I currently reside in ohio and I am 9 months pregnant. Due date is october 12. I need a little help I never really ask for help from anybody but I have no where to turn. I have no parents the passed when I was 15 and 16 years old. The father of my baby has no parents either they have also passed. I have a god family that has been very unsupportive and promised to get the big stuff for the baby earlier in my pregnancy but have failed to do so. Since they waited so long to tell me this I had to use my bill money to get stuff for my baby since she will be entering the world in 14 days. So now I am in a bit of a pickle my electric, water, and rent is due on the first of this month and I have no funds to pay for them. My electric will be getting cut of on the 30th of this month and I'm up for eviction so I have no place to live or a home to bring my baby to. My water is getting cut off on the 5 of oct. Is there anybody that can help me to catch up on everything I need about 1000 or 2000 dollars. I currently only get a income of 200 dollars a month and medical care thru welfare and I can't get anymore. I have called the welfare depaetment and they told me all their help support is out of funds right now, I don't know how much truth is to that. I am in really desperate need of help right now. If you need proof of the bills and my pregnancy I will give it to you. PLEASE HELP : (

The deck is stacked against us

I am a disabled person who wants to start a small business. I want to get off disability. I have two degrees in computer science & want to start a consulting firm. Funding is almost impossible to get right now. Banks have been bailed out, and are solvent, but aren't freeing up money for small businesses. Oh, they're loaning alright, but only to each other, at zero percent interest, so they can make more money betting on derivatives. With our money!

So, unless I want to borrow 30 million dollars, I'm not being considered. And the GOP just filibustered a small business bill (http://www.nytimes.com/2010/07/30/us/politics/30cong.html)that would have forced banks to free up their lending, so we're in limbo. In the meantime, all our bills are going up, food and fuel, water & electricity, going up and up, but our income is flatter that the great salt flats.

Man, it's getting almost impossible to make it in America anymore.
